User Review (5 of 5 stars): So far so good (the taste). I just got CytoGainer yesterday 8/7/06. I will be taking it twice a day. Probably three scoops total each day. I also take Fast Twitch (1-2 scoops) before most of my workouts. I will check back in three weeks with my results. - 8/28/06

So far I haven't had any problems with raw sewege leaking from my ass. lol....I keep my milk intake seperate.

User Review (5 of 5 stars): I had the cookies and cream flavor and it tasted great. I would recommend this product as a weight gainer. I would use half a serving with a scoop of whey protein powder as a full serving is more than I need for an "in between meal." I also used this product as my post-workout meal with a scoop of whey protein. I recommend this product.
