Supplement Reviews for 100% Whey Protein - Gold Standard:
User Review (5 of 5 stars): tired of hearing that it tastes great!!
mixes well!!
good protein!!
here's what matters, it helps me accomplish my 200g of protein i need a day, usually when you go off of supplements like 1-test or methyl-dien or even real roids, you lose most of the mass you put on, with this protien (and probably others) i kept nearly all of my muscle mass and my stregnth hasnt dropped a bit!!
price wise, i would say one of the best!!
User Review (5 of 5 stars): Excellent product, from what i have read it is very high quality protien too, not junk, i am awaiting my third 10 pound bag of it this year, i dont use it as a meal replacement, but do use it for after workout protien to get it there right away, and then i eat bout hour after i lift, excellent product and extremely cheap, i probably will never use any other protien, the vanilla tastes great but i ordered chocolate this time to switch it up, any one who is any one in liftinig uses this stuff
User Review (5 of 5 stars): I have tried several brands and flavors of protein. The ON chocolate is by far my favorite and this website is the cheapest place I have found it. Buy it 10 lbs. at a time for the best price.
My favorite way to mix it is 2 scoops of protein, a banana and/or peanut butter (1 tsp.), a couple of ice cubes and 16 oz. of cold water. Mix in a blender until smooth.
It makes a great pre-workout shake by adding some creatine (get the tasteless stuff such as CreaForm).
Between ON Protein, some creatine and a good multi-vitimin, these are all the supplements you need to pack it on.
