User Review (4 of 5 stars): I tried the Vanilla and the Cookies and Cream. The Vanilla i was not too fond of. I was not digging the taste. Then I decided to try the Cookies and Cream flavor. 3 words: Oh My God! The taste was super phenomonal. I could not believe i was tasting a protein shake this good. Mix it with milk and a little bit of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and you got yourself Top Notch Cold Stone Shake. Most definitely superb. The protein concentration is awesome as well don't get me wrong, with the best price for a protein powder.

Mixes completely with an electric mixer, taste is very good for a protein shake (it isn't a milk shake, but it is very good for what it is). Economical and BN has fast delivery service and great pricing. Loaded with BCAA's and glutamine as a sweet bonus. Seeing size gains with this, just make sure you take 1.5 g/per lb of body weight daily. This is my protein shake for life and THE ONE I recommend for you.

User Review (5 of 5 stars): Come on -it's whey protein. It cannot make muscle; your body makes the muscle. This stuff tastes great, and mixes easily. It is also very cheap. As an added bonus, it has lactase as a digestive aid for those who don't tolerate dairy products so well. It has 120 calories (96 of which come from protein), and only 1 gram of sugar. I got the chocolate, and I'll probably try vanilla next time (vanilla is more versatile when it comes to making shakes). I was suprised when my favorite protein powder also turned out to be the second cheapest.
