User Review (5 of 5 stars): Come on -it's whey protein. It cannot make muscle; your body makes the muscle. This stuff tastes great, and mixes easily. It is also very cheap. As an added bonus, it has lactase as a digestive aid for those who don't tolerate dairy products so well. It has 120 calories (96 of which come from protein), and only 1 gram of sugar. I got the chocolate, and I'll probably try vanilla next time (vanilla is more versatile when it comes to making shakes). I was suprised when my favorite protein powder also turned out to be the second cheapest.

User Review (5 of 5 stars): Listen to Mr. Bosnia kids...for this price, the amount, and the taste you get makes it the best protein package currently out there. Im tired of these kids in here that make this great product look bad by thinking it is some anabolic substance as mentioned before by Mr. Bosnia. It is just Protein, where you will see results only if u stop bitchin, and dreaming. Get your lazy ass up and lift that damn weight you pussies.

User Review (5 of 5 stars): For all those bodybuilding freaks out there who want to gain PURE and I mean PURE muscle mass this product is worth the money. It made me more muscular and leaner than ever before. I have just finished the 5lb. container and the results are astounding. My prefered flavour is strawberry, tastes great in almost every beverage except water. So, what are you waiting for?? GO and get it.
