User Review (3 of 5 stars): This product is a God-sent for getting the necessary protein daily. I like to mix it with water and ice and sip throughout the morning. Couple of concerns: how long can this sit out without refrigeration once opened? I have also received about one vial per box on average that has a broken seal and that has even leaked. Quality control? Safety??

User Review (5 of 5 stars): Great protein supplement! it says 42g of protein, don't know how quality the protein is, but I have made some gains since I started using these with my nutritional regimen. They taste pretty good, sorta like those frozen pops I used to get from time to time when I was a kid. Easy to carry, (even small enough in quantity and size to be taken on board airplanes, 3.1 ounces and they fit in a ziplock bag). There extremely great for a quick protein fix in the middle of the night. I barely have to even wake up, just twist the top, two swallows and back to sleep. I definitely recommend as a addition to a good nutritional plan for extra protein without the mixing, drinking and cleaning up.
