User Review (5 of 5 stars): I've been consuming Myoplex for about 2 years now. It has been very consistent with flavor (chocolate) and the quality of nutrients. I use about 2 a day. One about 1/2 hour after my creatine and workout. It doesn't leave me feeling full or bloated. I usually mix it with Carbo Gain by Now Foods after workouts. I feel like a mack truck after mixing the two. By using Myoplex or any other MRP twice a day, you will gain mass and stay lean. Do this by consuming 5 to 6 high protein, quality carb meals. Myoplex Chocolate highly recommended. P.S. tastes fine in water also.

User Review (4 of 5 stars): This is a pretty good standard MRP, but the Deluxe tastes much better and mixes better as well. It is a little bit cheaper than the Deluxe. It still tastes pretty good.

User Review (5 of 5 stars): To all you fellow MASS gainers. I've been adding Whole Milk or Vitamin D milk to the shake. The fat and the micellar casein slows motility, which gives you more time to digest and absorb the protein. Plus, It makes the MRP taste like a real milk shake.
