Supplement Reviews for Muscle Milk:
User Review (4 of 5 stars): This is a great product, and along with using micronized creatine I've had excellent gains. The Creme Brulee is great, but the Pineapple Bannana has a horrific taste.
User Review (5 of 5 stars): After hearing nothing but praise about this stuff, I figured I would have to give it a try. And I am nothing but satisfied. I have always been a fan of banana flavored supps. So I got the plain old banana cream and this is most definitely the best protein shake I have ever tasted. The taste is like a 5 dollar milkshake you would find from a restaurant. I very much look forward everyday to drinking this stuff. I will buy again no questions asked.
User Review (1 of 5 stars): Please listen to all those who wrote an objective review about Muscle Milk. Muscle Milk is a SHAM! I too, like many of the reviewers that gave this product a 4 or a 5 was in love with the taste. But it is too good to be true! Nothing that taste this good can be that great for you.
Read sucrum's review (I think thats how you spell it); he mentions it was initially marketed as DOG FOOD.
Unless you are desperate for gaining weight, do NOT buy Muscle Milk. You can buy your cheap-O protein powder and use 2% if flavor is that important to you and still have a fraction of the fat and carb content of Muscle Milk.
I will agree that I saw huge gains in my arms and in my chest. During the first week, they were building up like never before. My muscles have never been so pumped in those areas. But it only lasted for a few days as the excess calories began to take its toll. Now any gains that I have made are masked by the new layer of fat on my gut, chest, and arms from the extra weight Muscle Milk makes you gain.
There is no magic bullet.
